Hello
My classes are slow, gentle, and grounded in the full breadth of yoga: movement, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. They’re designed to help you reconnect with your body, soothe your nervous system, and find moments of calm within the messiness of everyday life.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure where to start, you’re in the right place. I’ve been where you are — and I’d love to support you as you find your way back to yourself.
My Story
I’ve been practising yoga for over 15 years, starting as a teenager looking for a way to feel calmer and more connected during challenging times. Yoga supported my mental health in many moments of my life, but when I was diagnosed with a chronic health condition, I tried to push through as if nothing had changed. I ignored my body’s signals, let my practice fall away, and eventually reached a complete breaking point — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Afterwards, I slowly returned to yoga, but this time with a gentler approach. I adapted movement to support my body rather than strain it. I explored pranayama to ease anxiety, and I dug deeper into yoga beyond the poses — into philosophy, meditation, rest, and reconnecting with myself in a more compassionate way. Those tools helped me rebuild my wellbeing, manage the challenges of my condition, and ultimately reshape my life.
As I healed, I realised something important: I struggled to find classes that felt accessible, supportive, or suitable for what my body needed at the time. Many spaces felt intimidating, overwhelming, or simply not designed for people who were exhausted, anxious, or managing chronic health issues. That experience is what led me to train as a yoga teacher.
I wanted to share what I’d learned — the practices that helped me reconnect, soften, and rebuild — and I wanted to create the kind of space I needed but couldn’t find. A space where you can come exactly as you are. A space where rest is valued, where movement is accessible, and where beginners, overwhelmed adults, and people navigating their own challenges feel truly welcomed.
