Gentle Hatha Yoga Group Class

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or like your mind never switches off?
This gentle Hatha yoga class helps you slow down, release tension from the body, and give your mind the space it’s been craving.
Through simple movement, breathing practices and guided relaxation, you’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more like yourself again.
This class is for you, if you:
• often feel stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally busy
• rarely make time for yourself
• are curious about yoga but have found it intimidating in the past
• prefer gentle, slower movement rather than intense exercise
• would like to improve your breathing, relaxation and connection with your body
• enjoy practising in a small, supportive group environment
This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly class — no flexibility or previous yoga experience needed. There’s no pressure to perform. Just come as you are and take an hour for yourself.

1-to-1 Online Hatha Yoga
Looking for a yoga practice designed around you?
These one-to-one online sessions offer a calm, supportive space to explore yoga in a way that truly suits your body, needs and lifestyle.
Together, we’ll create a personalised practice that may include gentle movement, breathing practices, meditation or deep relaxation - helping you release tension, calm the mind and reconnect with yourself.
Practising online also allows you to enjoy yoga from the comfort of your own home, without needing to travel or attend a group class. Many students find that private sessions help them feel more confident, relaxed and connected in their practice.
1-to-1 sessions may be a great fit, if you:
• would benefit from a yoga practice tailored specifically to you
• are working with an injury, mobility limitation, or chronic condition
• would prefer to practise chair yoga or very gentle movement
• want to focus more deeply on breathing, meditation or relaxation
• feel nervous about attending a group class
• want to practice from the comfort of your own home
Each session is shaped around what you need on the day, whether that’s gentle movement, calming breathwork, or simply space to slow down.
No previous yoga experience is needed.
