Join me in a 1-to-1 online yoga session, designed to meet your needs. This class is perfect for people who prefer to practice at home, with a practice that is made for them. I will tailor the class to specifically what you need and after class you will be provided with an at home practice that is suitable for you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7 days or more in advance can be made through the website, free of charge. Between 7 days and 24 hours, bookings may be rescheduled, free of charge. For changes made with less than 24 hours notice, contact me directly. A £2 fee will apply to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
